A short hello from Marie

What the week is really about

Three minutes on who this is for, what happens each day and what changes once you can see your own patterns.

What is NLP?

Your thinking has a pattern. NLP shows you the pattern.

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Take the name away and it comes down to something simple: your thoughts, your words and your habits decide most of what happens to you. NLP shows you how that works, and gives you plain tools to change the parts that keep tripping you up.

Who is this for?

People who work with people. Including themselves.

  • Coaches, leaders, managers and trainers
  • Mental health and wellbeing professionals
  • Anyone who wants to understand their own mind and help others change
  • People who want skills they can use on Monday, not just theory
The honest bit

Knowing what to do is not always enough.

You can know exactly what you should do, and still watch the same old reaction show up first. That reaction is not who you are. It is a pattern. And once you can see how the pattern works, you have a new place to step in.

"It's a pattern. And a pattern you can see is a pattern you can change."
01 · Sound familiar?

What may be happening right now

Overthinking conversations long after they have ended.
Repeating reactions you promised yourself you would change.
Losing confidence at the exact moment you most need your voice.
Knowing someone is capable of more, but not knowing how to unlock it.
You deliver great work, yet still half expect someone to say you don't really belong here.
You know your value, but still quietly wonder if you're actually "good enough".
02 · What becomes possible

Catch the pattern earlier.

Steady yourself under pressure. Say the thing so it lands. Ask the question that gets things moving. Stop being held back by reactions that belong to an older version of you.

You are not becoming somebody else. You are becoming more deliberately yourself.

Learn it. Experience it. Use it.

What will you be able to do differently?

The value of NLP is not knowing the words. It is noticing more, having more ways to respond, and being able to help someone change when it matters.

01

See what others miss

Spot how filters, language, mood and meaning drive behaviour, often without anyone noticing.

02

Communicate so it lands

Listen past the words, build real rapport and adjust how you speak without losing who you are.

03

Stay resourceful

Set outcomes that pull you forward, and get into a useful state when pressure or uncertainty rises.

04

Create movement

Use questions, reframing, anchoring and strategies to open up choices for yourself, clients, colleagues and teams.

"You will not be watching from the sidelines."

Expect live demonstrations, practical exercises, feedback, reflection and a bit of friendly challenge, in a smaller group where people actually get to know each other. This is learning you experience, not information you collect.

Questions people ask

Before you book

Do I need any background in NLP or coaching?

No. The week starts from the beginning. If you work with people in any way, or you simply want to understand your own head better, you have everything you need.

Is it really seven full days?

Yes. That is on purpose. Real change takes practice, and practice takes time. You will be doing the work, not just hearing about it.

Can I pay in instalments?

Ask Paul or Marie. They will talk you through the options.

Where exactly is the venue?

Central Belfast. Full venue details and daily timings come with your booking confirmation.
